We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive/ Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns, developing compelling content across various platforms, managing our online presence, and optimizing website performance to drive lead generation. You will also play a key role in organizing marketing events, conducting market research, and supporting the sales team to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote our bespoke tech services and the SaaS product.
  • Develop content for marketing collateral, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, SEO/SEM and email campaigns.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (LinkedIn, Twitter YouTube, Facebook etc.)
  • Manage digital campaigns, monitor performance reports, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations/decision-making.
  • Organize and coordinate marketing events, including webinars, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Create and manage marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and new growth opportunities.
  • Design, collect and analyze customer satisfaction and feedback. Create social media posts, banners, corporate brochures, e-flyers and e-magazines.
  • Develop a solid content plan and event calendar. Track inbound leads daily and conduct email campaigns accordingly.
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.) Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Optimize website performance, including organic traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to improve user experience and drive lead generation.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns with A/B testing. Participate in corporate events and university outreach programs to cover photography.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to align marketing activities with business objectives.
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Assist with overall sales activities as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, covering areas such as managing digital marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, email marketing, branding, and SEO/SEM, preferably in the IT industry will be an advantage.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs etc.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva, and other relevant tools. Strong graphic design skills and experience.
  • Expertise in video editing, photography, videography, or cinematography. Experience in content creation across various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, marketing automation tools, and CMS platforms.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
  • Possess strong multi-tasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Maintain an open mindset to accept, learn, and expand the given scope.
