Why are we special?

Many tech organizations worldwide manage to retain female representation on an upward trend, but the rise is modest (around 1% per year). Amazon has 45% female employees, compared to Microsoft’s 29%. According to self-reported business data, women employees account for fewer than 30% of Microsoft and 45% of Amazon, two of America’s largest technology corporations.

Moreover, the contribution to various other aspects including coding, testing, and project management. Their expertise in programming languages, agile methodologies, and software engineering principles helps organizations build robust and scalable digital platforms.
